At the June meeting, the board approved five new Amendments to be voted on by the community.  At some point you will receive a packet listing these Amendments and asking you to vote on whether or not to adopt them.

At house closing, every homeowner in the Arbors signed a form attesting that they have read and agree to abide by our Covenants. This document can be found on The Arbors website under the heading Residents Only, then select Forms and Documents. The Covenants are a document that sets forth and defines the legal rights and responsibilities of Association and legal rights and responsibilities of the residents. It is a legally binding document registered with Martin County. The Covenants can only be changed by a vote of 67% of homeowners voting in favor of the change.
