At the June BOD Meeting, the Board again cited a clash between our bylaws and COVID-19 social distancing restrictions as the reason that our Annual meeting and elections were cancelled.
Several concerned homeowners provided the BOD with large, low cost, COVID-aware locations with internet access, which would be suitable locales for the Arbors HOA Annual meeting. In addition, we have offered work-arounds that other HOAs have utilized to be able to hold their meetings. While we are fully cognizant of the challenges presented by COVID-19, the lack of response to suggestions and the ongoing delay in scheduling the meeting, now four months delayed, raises questions about the motivations of our board
